Creating Your Account
Getting started with PulseTik Africa is simple. Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation and choose whether you want to register as an attendee, organizer, or vendor. You'll need to provide basic information and verify your email address.
Pro Tip:
Choose the right account type from the start - you can always upgrade or change it later in your profile settings.
Is PulseTik Africa Free?
Yes! Creating an account and browsing events is completely free. For community events and non-profit organizations, you can use all platform features at no cost. Commercial event organizers and businesses pay only a small transaction fee on successful ticket sales or votes.

How to Purchase Tickets
Buying tickets on PulseTik Africa is straightforward:

- Select your ticket type and quantity

- Receive your digital ticket via email

Refund Policy
Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Each event page clearly displays the organizer's refund policy. PulseTik Africa facilitates communication between buyers and organizers for refund requests, but does not process refunds directly.
Important: Always review the event's refund policy before purchasing tickets.
Voting & Contests
How Voting Works
PulseTik Africa's voting system enables fair and transparent democratic processes. Browse active voting contests, view candidate profiles, and cast your votes according to the contest rules. Each contest has its own voting period, rules, and prize structure.
